06/09/08 -TierOne Networks Begins Engineering CRE Solution for 3 More Buildings

Dallas, Texas: June 9, 2008 –TierOne Converged Networks announced the start of TierOne’s Connected Real Estate Solution for 3 new buildings today. The move represents the second phase in a planned series of CRE solutions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for TierOne Networks. The Energy Square I, II & III cluster is the next phase expansion in what we expect to be a rapid series of CRE plays in the Dallas-Fort Worth market over the next several quarters as we move up the 75 corridor.”

TierOne will begin offering discounted broadband access and vPBX solutions to all tenants.

Energy Square I

Energy Square I in Dallas is a 14-story tower at 4925 Greenville Avenue at the Central Expressway, with 254,338 square feet of rentable space. Built in 1974 and renovated in 20054, the Class A building offers ease of use amenities including quick access to the DART light rail system, 24-hour on-site security and after-hours card key access, and ample tenant and guest parking.

Energy Square II

Energy Square II in Dallas is a 16-story tower at 4849 Greenville Avenue at the Central Expressway, with 357,626 square feet of rentable space. Built in 1980, the Class A building is 81% occupied with major tenants that include Sears Roebuck and Co., New York Life Insurance Company, law firm Fanning, Harper & Martinson and Oaks Bank & Trust.

Energy Square III

Energy Square III in Dallas is a 16-story tower at 6688 North Central Expressway with 296,624 square feet of rentable space. Built in 1986, the Class A building offers tenant amenities including an on-site deli, corporate concierge, ample parking and immediate access to the DART light rail system.
