11/24/08 -TierOne Networks Signs 4th and 5th Acquisition Agreements.

Dallas, Texas: November 24, 2008 –TierOne Networks a leading provider of carrier-grade wireless and broadband products and services announced today it signed Agreements to purchase two WISPs aggregating nearly 4,000 new subscribers. The deals represent the 4th and 5th acquisitions this year and are expected to close before year-end. These two new acquisitions nearly double the existing network in terms of subscribers and positions TierOne to enter a new metropolitan market as early as the first quarter of 2009.
