Receives Approval Through USAC for E-Rate Funds & TARGET Grants.
Dallas, TX May 21, 2007 - TierOne
Networks, a Dallas based Wireless Internet Service Provider, announced
today that it has received approval through the USCA for E-rate funds
and TARGET Grants. This
classification allows TierOne Networks to now accept E-Rate funds for
underserved Texas schools and charter schools allowing them to obtaining
affordable telecommunications services and Internet Access.

The Universal Service
Administrative Company (USAC) is an independent, not-for-profit corporation
designated as the administrator of the federal Universal Service Fund
by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). USAC administers Universal
Service Fund (USF) programs for high cost companies serving rural areas,
low-income consumers, rural health care providers, and schools and

common name for the Schools and Libraries Universal Service Support
Mechanism. E-Rate provides discounts to assist schools and libraries

The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) administers the
program at the direction of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
