TierOne Converged Networks along with Zyterra Solutions starts testing and evaluation
of ClearMesh 300™ (CM 300™) nodes for use in TierOne’s Connected
Real Estate Solution.
The ClearMesh 300™ (CM 300™) node is a pole or roof-mounted switch
platform, integrating high capacity LAN switching and low-cost wireless optical
transport, with business-grade LAN service delivery interfaces. With its patented
design, each CM 300 can concurrently link up with three adjacent nodes in the
Metro Grid. Based on interference-free technology, several co-located CM 300s
can distribute multiple gigabits of service capacity into the wider Metro Grid
topology.
ClearMesh Metro Grid™ is the only commercially available wireless solution
capable of targeting the high capacity, high-density metropolitan business segment.
It is comprised of two products, the ClearMesh 300™ (CM 300™) node
and the powerful ClearMesh Management System (CMS). A Metro Grid deployment can
consist of several hundred CM 300 nodes, creating a carrier-class metropolitan
service distribution mesh.
